James is an EMCC accredited Executive Coach and qualified Accountant, specialising in leadership development, employee engagement, effective communication and developing high performing, functional teams.
His experience with building effective teams in both private and public sector organisations makes for empathetic understanding of the challenges of managing diverse cross-functional groups.
James was born in Lusaka and is the Executive Director of the Virtual Doctors Charity. He is also a Trustee for The Other Side Foundation School for Orphans & Vulnerable children in Lusaka, and a dedicated Rotarian with a special interest in international projects.
