Scott has participated in mission experiences in Zimbabwe, Kenya, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Gabon, Cote d’Ivoire, Haiti, and numerous locations throughout the United States.
He has worked to provide satellite internet connections for NGOs, faith-based missions, relief agencies, schools, hospitals, orphanages and refugee camps around the world so that they can have access to telemedicine, tele-education, teleconferencing, and social networking in a safe and monitored environment.
Scott is also on the advisory board for Solight, our solar lighting partner for the expedition, and is passionate about introducing the Solight family of solar powered lanterns and power banks to low resource settings to enhance healthcare and educational outcomes.
